Terms & Conditions
- Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges, its discretion of the hotel.
- The allocation of a double or twin bed type during check-in is ultimately determined at the discretion of the hotel.
- Tourwings derives its star rating from accredited hotel rating organizations or trusted third parties, reflecting the property's quality, amenities, and overall guest experience.
- This rating system serves as a reliable indicator for travellers, promoting transparency and facilitating well-informed accommodation choices.
- If a hotel of a specific category is not available in a given destination, we will ensure to offer an alternative hotel of a similar category to meet the customer's preferences.
- Additional services such as airport transfers, sightseeing tours may be arranged upon request and are subject to availability and extra charges.
- Every Indian guest is liable to produce valid ID proof during the time of check-in.
- All the special requests by the guest are subject to availability upon arrival.
- The check-in time for the houseboat is 12 pm, with a check-out time of 9:00 am. Additionally, there is no cruising in the lake between 05:30pm in the evening and 7 am in the morning, as fishermen deploy nets during this time its government rule. The houseboat anchor nearby riverside for the night stay.
- Management is not responsible for late arrival or early departure.
- If a guest is accommodated on a houseboat, sightseeing services will not be provided.
- For any special requests, we request to inform us in advance to the arrival date, as the houseboat has limited facilities and resources.
- The presence of flies, small insects is the Natural Habitat in Backwater. It cannot be 100% eliminated. The presence will be there at night in lights (Deluxe and Premium Houseboats)
- A/C Policy: In the Deluxe Houseboat, air conditioning is operational only in the bedroom from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, while the Premium Houseboat offers full time air conditioning only in bedroom. Meanwhile, the Luxury Houseboat full-time A/C available with glass covered.
- Maximum number of extra mattress / coats provided in a room is one on additional charge.
- Smoking is prohibited in Houseboat.
Booking Policy
- Rooms will be held on confirmed basis subject to advance payment.
- 50% advance deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be settled 7 days prior to arrival.
- Children under the age of 6 stay free when sharing existing bedding with parents. Extra charges may apply for additional bedding and breakfast.
- Additional charges will be applied for extra beds or persons. Please inform in advance for arrangements.
- Extension of stay will be subject to availability.
- Current room rates can be different from the rates at which the rooms were booked.
- All rooms and public areas are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation of booking due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
22 - 30 days prior to arrival: 20% of the total amount
15 - 21 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total amount
08 - 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total amount
00 - 07 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total amount
Cancellation of reservations between 20th of December to 10th of January, are not entitled to any kind of refund. The above said cancellation policy will not be applicable for blackout dates or medical conference days.
No refund will be provided for cancellation during running trip or for any unused services/ absence from a tour.
NOTE: Special Circumstances: In certain cases, such as natural disasters or medical emergencies, the hotel may waive cancellation fees or offer a full refund. Guests may be required to provide documentation to support their request for a waiver.
Group Bookings: For group bookings, the cancellation policy may differ, and the hotel may require a longer cancellation notice period or impose different penalty fees.
