    • The standard check-in time at the hotel is typically 2:00 pm, and check-out is scheduled for 11:00 am. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to the discretion of the hotel.
    • The allocation of a double or twin bed type during check-in is ultimately determined at the discretion of the hotel.
    • Air conditioning will not be operational in cool or hilly areas.
    • The packages do not include entrance fees, sightseeing tickets, and guide charges.
    • The check-in time for the houseboat is 12 pm, with a check-out time of 9:00 am. Additionally, please note that the houseboat docks between 6 pm in the evening and 7 am in the morning, as fishermen deploy nets during this time.
    • If a guest is accommodated on a houseboat, sightseeing services will not be provided.
    • Due to prevailing climatic conditions, Munnar and Thekkady do not offer air-conditioned rooms.

Cancellation Policy

    In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

    22- 30 days prior to arrival: 15% of the Tour / service cost
    15 - 21 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / service cost
    08 - 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
    0 - 7 days prior to arrival: 100% of the Tour / service cost

    The above said cancellation policy will not be applicable for black out dates.

    No refund will be provided for cancellation during running trip or for any unused services/ absence from a tour.
