    After breakfast, check out from hotel then you'll have some free time to further explore Cochin or relax at your hotel. Cancellation Policy

    In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

    22- 30 days prior to arrival: 15% of the Tour / service cost
    15 - 21 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / service cost
    08 - 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
    0 - 7 days prior to arrival: 100% of the Tour / service cost

    The above said cancellation policy will not be applicable for black out dates.

    No refund will be provided for cancellation during running trip or for any unused services/ absence from a tour.

More Information

    Houseboat

    • The check-in time for the houseboat is 12 pm, with a check-out time of 9:00 am. Additionally, there is no cruising in the lake between 05:30pm in the evening and 7 am in the morning, as fishermen deploy nets during this time its government rule. The houseboat anchor nearby riverside for the night stay.
    • Management is not responsible for late arrival or early departure.
    • If a guest is accommodated on a houseboat, sightseeing services will not be provided.
    • For any special requests, we request to inform us in advance to the arrival date, as the houseboat has limited facilities and resources.
    • The presence of flies, small insects is the Natural Habitat in Backwater. It cannot be 100% eliminated. The presence will be there at night in lights (Deluxe and Premium Houseboats)
    • A/C Policy: In the Deluxe Houseboat, air conditioning is operational only in the bedroom from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, while the Premium Houseboat offers full time air conditioning only in bedroom. Meanwhile, the Luxury Houseboat full-time A/C available with glass covered.
    • Maximum number of extra mattress / coats provided in a room is one on additional charge.
    • Smoking is prohibited in Houseboat.
